Downtown Hayward First Banner Series
The Downtown Hayward Improvement Association (DHIA) has been working over the last year to revamp its downtown banner program and roll out a new street pole banner series that showcases the public murals of our district!
In partnership with the City of Hayward, the DHIA is actively installing over 115 decorative street pole banners throughout the downtown district that celebrate these public murals and draw more attention to the artistic heritage that Downtown Hayward is known for.
